co2 Control

» CO2 units are used for central CO2 dosing in greenhouses. The flue gas coming from natural gas boilers and cogeneration systems is carried to the greenhouse area with the exhaust fan by lowering the temperature. The flue gas is then distributed into the greenhouse with the help of special PVC pipes, which are specially calculated.
CO2 dosing systems are suitable for transporting flue gas from natural gas boilers at a maximum temperature of 60 ° C.For this, the CO2 fan unit consists of a direct coupled stainless fan and a three-phase motor and a stainless steel air damper. This damper section has two openings for the supply of flue gas and outdoor air, and the damper can be adjusted with the help of a servo motor.

The air damper is mounted on the fan outlet and connected to the economizer (flue gas condenser). When ordered with a flue gas condenser, a mounting kit with support legs can be included in the scope of delivery.

A CO2 control panel is available for the control of the CO2 dosing system. In the case of multiple fans this can be centrally controlled with a single control panel.Other control parts such as the control panel CO detector, CO2 sensor or air damper can also be added. The CO2 control panel can also communicate with the burner control panel. The switch board has all control and security equipment and is supplied according to local safety rules.
