Electric Systems

Ventilation engines; wiring, pans, panels, circulation fans, curtain motors wiring, packaging facility are within our electrical commitment. The following features are used as standard in electrical panels;

» Greenhouses have one-phase and three-phase (220 and 380 volt) socket connections in both poles on the road.

» Main panel sewn to the greenhouse entrance door (thermal magnetic shunt, W automat, K vending machine outputs, pre-monitoring power control relay, according to need), leaving separate outlets for heating, irrigation, water treatment, fogging, lighting (greenhouse ventilation motors, curtain motors, fans) in the standing panel.

» Phase inline motor protection relay is placed against phase sequence errors in reducer and system.

» XLPE cables are using in cabling (HES brand).

» Contactors are telemechanical and schneider brand, reverse and straight direction works are protected both mechanically and electrically with the locking mechanism.

» The maintenance of the fans is done safely with the maintenance switch located at the entrance of each fan.

» The entire system can be controlled automatically and manually via the panel. Vending machines are Siemens Lighting Tekfen and Nead.

» In main electric panel CE norms; will be preferred and there will be role groups for engine protection, contactor groups and computer control for all engines in the greenhouse.

» All cables to be used in the greenhouse will be carried on the service road, in 10 and 20 in 270 micron galvanized 3 mm wall thickness pans.

» There will be 20% spare contactor places for future additions on the electrical panel.

» There will be control switches for ventilation motors, circulation fans, shading system, heating system, and also there will be groups of switches for manual and automatic usage.

» All signal cables from sensors are selected so that they are not affected by LICY harmonic factors. There are limit switches on roof and curtain motors.
